Being Taught From My Gambling Blunders

[ English ]

1st to explain the reason I wrote this essay. I have been betting on the internet or at physical betting houses for many years. I have learned, the addiction can take a hold of you and you will not even notice it until you are beaten. Especially if you’re on a winning run. I have gone through countless tens of thousands of dollars in only a short period of time and to this day on occasion, I will go too far. It appears you’re just having a blast until you decide to be aware of your losses and the anguish sets in, and then you continue to tell yourself "I can win it back" repeatedly. It does not works. Then you become queasy in your belly and the more you attempt the quicker you are deprived.

When you notice that you’re up, remain on the UP! When you begin to lose, do not tell yourself, "well just maybe just one more" and over and over again, trust me, this concept almost never ever functions. Say you’re playing on slot games, have a bankroll set aside prior to starting your play. Don’t go over that limit, no matter how tempting. If you happen to succeed, put that in a separate canister. Don’t use your winnings no matter what. Once you’ve played through your original set limit, bail out. Leave, whether it’s on the internet or at a land-based casino, don’t stay around. Always remember, there is going to be another day, another time.

Remember, betting should be FUN not exhausting, nauseating work! If you aren’t having fun yourself, you do not belong there. If youcan’t manage the loss, don’t even start.
